全美臺灣客家文化基金會(Taiwanese Hakka Culture Foundation of America)，簡稱 THCFA，是一個非營利組織, 所有理事、委員及顧問都是義務性服務，不取得補償。2015年理事會成員：理事長陳美鈴、副理事長朱美琴、秘書長余秋月、財務長梁浩珍、理事張芬瑩、理事鍾春芬、理事徐夢月、理事林伯睿。活動委員會委員：委員長徐夢月、委員彭春香、委員葉淑美、委員鍾春芬、委員曾振寧、委員王時君、委員張樞華、委員邱鳳英、委員林瑛惠。
顧問團：顧問劉永斌、顧問彭賢森、顧問吳月美、顧問林正剛。客家文化基金會每年皆頒發大華府客家青少年獎學金，以鼓勵客家後輩對客家母語及文化的認同，亦頒發臺灣客家文化獎以獎勵臺灣對客家語言或文化保存有功人士；更不定期主辦或協辦華府客家藝文活動，使客家文化進入主流社會。透過各種活動，來推廣優良的客家文化得以傳承永續。本會的運作皆仰賴熱心客家文化的各界人士捐助，尤其是客家鄉親的慷慨解囊。

Taiwanese Hakka Culture foundation of America(known as THCFA) is a non-profit organization intended to serve overseas Hakka and other minority ethnic groups and to promote Hakka and other minority cultures through various cultural activities.
To encourage more engagement from the overseas Hakka Young generations, THCFA also provides annual scholarship to those Hakka youth with outstanding achievements. To continue the support and growth of these vital programs, your generous donations to the organization are greatly appreciated. THCFA is a non-profit organization with a federal tax-exempt ID, therefore, all donations are tax-deductible. Thank you very much for your continuous support of THCFA.
