56. The National Cancer Moonshot Initiative 美國抗癌登月計畫 / Hsian-Rong Tseng 曾憲榮教授 / 2017

來自台灣，目前為美國洛杉磯加州大學（UCLA）分子藥理系（Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology）的曾憲榮 (Hsian-Rong, Tseng) 教授及其團隊所研發的血液檢測晶片「奈米魔鬼氈（NanoVelcro）」，日前與美國知名醫療中心西達賽奈醫院（Cedars-Sinai）合作，由陳玠甫醫師帶領，透過血液篩檢即可捕捉癌症病患血液中的循環腫瘤細胞（circulating tumor cells），協助醫師對腫瘤的變化作更有效率的監控與調整治療方案。而曾教授創辦的 CytoLumina 生技公司也於今年被甄選參與美國癌症登月計畫（The National Cancer Moonshot Initiative，為莫大殊榮。
