Objective |

· To offers college scholarships to high school seniors or college students who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their activities in school, the community or the workplace. |

Qualification of Recipients |
| |
· Be current high school graduate or college student in good standing and plan to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four–year college or university in the United States or Canada for the academic year following the end of current NATWA fiscal year. |
| |
· Be financially disadvantaged. |
| |
· Be ambitious and motivated, as evidenced by achievement in school, community or work activities. |
