| 1 | Objective |
| · 每年都會頒發三至六名獎學金。獎學金來源由聖地牙哥台美基金會和 Wu Family Scholarship Fund 共同提供。今年將會提供六名美金兩千元獎學金來獎勵大聖地牙哥區應屆高中畢業生在學術上有優異成績，和對社區有貢獻的領導人才。另外為了鼓勵家庭經濟狀況較不佳的學生來申請，三個名額將保留給家境清寒的學生。六名獎學金中，兩個名額將保留給台美人子弟。 | |
