| · 凡就讀於美加各地合格認定的醫學院或牙醫學院學生，必須為美、加之公民或來自台灣的移民、留學生或其子弟。成行前必須完成(牙)醫學院臨床前基礎醫學(一般醫學院完成第二年，六年高中生直讀六年制完成四年級)。申請者須品學兼優，有領導能力而且對台灣文化醫學嚮往者。 | |
