（Eddie）Cheng Y. Chuang 莊承業
- Founder and first Chairman of Texas Formosan Federal Credit Union (德州台灣信用合作社) 1975, and served 22 years for Chairman and Board. credit union was closed in 2013.
- Acting President of Taiwanese Association of America (全美台灣同鄉會代理會長), and assisted to organize 8 Taiwanese Credit Unions 1977 – 1978.
- Board Member of Taiwanese Heritage Society in Houston (台灣人傳統基金會理事) , purchased Taiwanese Community Center, and served as first director (主任) 1991- 1998.
- Served as local presidents for TAA, FAPA, FAHR, WUFI-USA and台南一中校友會.
- One of four Outstanding Asian American Volunteers honored by Houston Metro Transit Authority in observation of Asian American Heritage Month (May) 1998.
- Recipient of “Commitment to Leadership Award” sponsored by The United Way in Houston (休士頓聯合公益基金會的領導卓越獎) 1999.
