To Follow up my invitation letter to you a few day ago, below is our first communication with the members in The Selection Committee of Outstanding T. A. ( O. T. A.) for your reference.
We hope to collect as many O. T. A. as possible with the help from T. A. Community and you. We feel it is important to collect and record a variety of T. A.s for T. A. History.
It will also give a bird view of T. A. in the past for our young and future generations and help them know our history.
