Karen Chiang, Pianist
Karen Chiang is the first prize winner for numerous piano solo and concerto competitions, including the Taiwan National Piano Competition and the Kuang-Jen Piano Concerto Competition. She is also a concert pianist who was invited to be part of the Banqiao Music Festival in Taiwan and the Wintergreen Music Festival in the United States. Ms. Chiang was a Dean’s scholarship recipient, and received her Master’s Degree in Piano Performance with John Perry from the University of Southern California. After moving to Bay Area in 2006, she continues her love of music as a piano instructor, a collaborative pianist, and a chamber musician.
