陳春蘭 Esther C. Lin

陳春蘭是一位多才多藝的旅美藝術家，現任台灣會館理事長、北美粉彩協會理事、 Audubon Artists, Inc.會員及亞細亞合唱團(Asia Chorus)的總指揮外，服務社區不遺餘力; 曾獲紐約州長獎、獅子會終身成就將等。她長年投身於音樂教育，培養人才，提升莘莘學子的音樂素養，專長的領域包括聲樂、鋼琴和合唱指揮等。陳春蘭全家是虔誠的基督徒，她也是位音樂佈道家，她以聖經的真理透過音樂演奏、演唱和畫畫來見證上帝的愛。其足跡走遍海內外各地(非洲、印尼、新加坡、馬來西亞、日本、韓國…等)，每年更是省吃儉用回故鄉台灣宣教，以藝術來傳播福音，從不疲乏。此外，她也是一位優秀的粉彩畫家，常有佳作公開展示，也受邀參展2014-2015<<台灣故鄉之美美國巡迴展>>，從小受到劉欽興大師影響，後來蒙受陳敬輝大師指導，現在繼續師事北美粉彩協會創辦人張哲雄大師研習經典畫技。陳春蘭的畫作理念: (1)用色鮮豔，筆簡意重，(2) 深入淺出，入目即心曠神怡，擅長以風景為其創作的題材及豐富的色彩來闡釋真善美的精神，以讚揚上帝創造天地萬物的偉大神工。畫作走遍海內外各地，為募款幫助弱勢族群曾多次捐獻畫作義賣幫助需要的人，是位令人尊敬的藝術慈善家。

Esther C. Lin is a versatile Taiwanese American artist. President of Taiwan Center. She has won New York State Governor’s Arts Award and Lions Club’s Lifetime Achievement Award, etc. For years, she has been dedicated to music education and music evangelicalism. She excels in vocal art, piano performance, and choir conducting. Esther is also an outstanding pastel artist. Her works are frequently on public exhibition. She is grateful to Jason Chang, President of North American Pastel Artists Association, for guiding her into the world of pastels. Esther’s pastel works feature bright colors and convey deep meanings with seemingly simple construction. Through colorful pastel paintings, she seeks to demonstrate the unity of truth, kindness and beauty, and to praise God’s great work of creating the universe.
