Amy Hsieh謝孟容, Cellist
Cellist Amy Hsieh made her New York debut recital at Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall in 2002 as a winner of the Artists International New York Debut Award. As an active chamber musician, Ms. Hsieh has performed throughout the United States, Europe and Taiwan and is a founding member of Nuance Chamber Ensemble. She is also a founding member of C’est Bon Chamber Music Academy, a summer chamber music program for young musicians. Ms. Hsieh received her Doctor of musical Arts degree from Boston University, her master of music degree from Manhattan School of Music, and a bachelor of music degree from The Juilliard School. She is currently active in solo, chamber music performances and maintains a private studio in Sunnyvale, CA. Ms. Hsieh is also a faculty member at Jou Music Institute, and Encore Music and Arts.
謝孟容,2000年獲茱莉亞音樂學院學士學位,2002年獲得曼哈頓音樂學院碩士,並於2007年在波士頓大學取得音樂藝術博士學位。
謝孟容曾多次舉行個人獨奏會,2001年贏得Artists International New York Debut award.目前任教於加州Community School of Music and Art, Jou Music Institute and Encore Music & Art Academy從事大提琴以及室內樂教學。
